Professional supervision

Professional supervision is a professional development process that strengthens the competence, job satisfaction, and ability of both individuals and work teams to manage complex situations.

We offer supervision for:

  • Healthcare and care professionals
  • Social work professionals
  • Schools and student welfare services
  • Managers and leaders
  • Work teams in both the public and private sectors
  • Indiviudal professionals

Through reflection, professional learning, and dialogue, supervision creates conditions for increased confidence in professional roles, improved collaboration, and a sustainable work environment. Supervision can be provided individually or in groups.

Nutritional therapy

Nutritional therapy focuses on promoting health and well-being through individualized nutrition and lifestyle support. The underlying principle is that the body has an inherent ability to maintain balance and support recovery when given the right conditions.

In nutritional therapy, the individual is viewed as a whole, where diet, sleep, stress, physical activity, and life circumstances all influence both physical and mental health. By exploring your needs, habits, and health goals, you receive guidance in making and maintaining sustainable changes.

Nutritional therapy can provide support for issues such as digestive concerns, fatigue, stress-related symptoms, weight management challenges, or when you want to improve your general health and help prevent future health problems.

At Vida, we meet you with an individualized and respectful approach. Our goal is to find solutions that work in your everyday life and support your long-term well-being.

Neuropsychiatric coaching

Neuropsychiatric coaching is a solution-focused and strengths-based form of rehabilitation that helps individuals with neuropsychiatric or other functional challenges manage everyday life more effectively. The coaching is tailored to your needs, strengths, and goals, and may be included in a rehabilitation plan or obtained as a private service.

The coaching is suitable for people of all ages with, for example:

  • ADHD/ADD, autism, Asperger syndrome, or Tourette syndrome
  • Language and learning difficulties
  • Individuals undergoing rehabilitation after a brain injury

Methods used in coaching may include conversations and interviews, as well as practical training in everyday life skills, with a strong focus on encouragement and achievements. Depending on your needs, coaching may also include creative activities such as play, drama, drawing, and other visual tools and aids.

Parent guidance

Parent guidance provides practical tools for a calmer and more positive family life. It also gives you the opportunity to discuss questions and challenges with a specialist. The aim is to strengthen communication and interaction between you and your child, while contributing to a healthier family dynamic and a more positive atmosphere at home.

During the first meeting, we will review your family’s situation and needs together. Based on this, we will plan the type of support that best suits your family.

You do not need a referral, and your child does not need a diagnosis for you to contact us.
