A brief introduction
As a therapist, I am empathetic and work with multi-perspective approach. The core values guiding my work are respect for each client and ensuring that every person feels heard and understood. My therapeutic style is collaborative, resource-oriented, and integrative, drawing on methods and practices from different therapeutic frameworks.
About me
As a psychotherapist, I work with individual clients as well as with different kinds of relationships, couples and families. Neuropsychiatric disorders and challenges related to coping and well-being at work are my areas of special expertise.
In work supervision, we explore and structure together the thoughts, questions and feelings related to the client’s professional role. In addition to developing a deeper understanding of one’s work and finding new perspectives, the aim is to strengthen professional identity and support well-being at work. Work supervision can be undertaken individually or provided for a group.
At Vida, I work with clients of all ages and offer both in-person and remote appointments.
Welcome to my practice!
Education
My professional background includes qualification as a resource-oriented couples and family psychotherapist and a cognitive brief therapist. I am also an occupational therapist, a solution-focused neuropsychiatric coach, and a certified work supervisor (STOry).
